Indiana 211 Partnership, Inc.

“IN211” is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization dedicated to providing free and confidential information and referrals to Hoosiers across Indiana, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  Since the pandemic began, IN211 has not only connected people to critical resources in a difficult time, but has also served as a central resource for COVID-19 scheduling.

IN211 makes it possible for people in need to navigate the complex and ever-changing maze of human services. 2-1-1 helps track trends and gaps in social services within the community and is vital in disaster relief and connecting individuals to social service agencies.  All calls made to IN211 are confidential, and community navigators provide referrals to people in need of a wide variety of services, which include but not limited to:

  • Shelter
  • Food
  • Legal Aid
  • Clothing
  • Education
  • Counseling
  • Utility Assistance
  • Health Care

The statewide resource database is constantly being updated to ensure the most up to date information is available for Hoosiers seeking assistance.  If your organization needs to update your information, the IN211 Resource Team can be reached by phone, email or website:

All updates submitted require verification by a resource specialist prior to publication.  As a result, your updates may take up to three business days to be published.

Adding New Resources
Indiana 211 Partnership, Inc. always welcomes the addition of local health and human services to the database.  If your organization would like to be added, your request must be received in writing.  Please contact the IN211 Resource Department to request inclusion:

Once the request is received, the information provided will be reviewed against the Indiana 211 Inclusion Policy and added to the database if appropriate.  All service provider inclusion requests will be addressed within three business days of receipt.
