Talent 2025, a regional effort to make Southwestern Indiana the talent and economic place of choice, is utilizing the Collective Impact approach in its Poverty and Education workstreams. In late September 2020, Welborn Baptist Foundation enlisted Sylvia Cheuy from the Tamarack Institute to conduct a Collective Impact training for the Talent 2025 workstreams and other interested parties.
