Aurora C19 Eviction Prevention Funds:
Individuals or families impacted by COVID-19 and are facing imminent risk of eviction, meaning 21 days or sooner until they must leave their home, should first apply for eviction prevention assistance with the State of Indiana via the www.indianahousingnow.org portal.
-Secondly, they may also fill out a pre-application with Aurora via www.auroraevansville.org/facing-eviction. Once this pre-application has been completed, a staff member from Aurora will be in contact with the primary member of the household within 5 business days.
-Any household inquiring about these funds should know that this is not rental and utility assistance but rather eviction prevention funds to keep families impacted by COVID-19 in their homes.
