Day of Caring 2025 Happens on Friday, Sept. 12
United Way of Southwestern Indiana’s Day of Caring is the largest, coordinated volunteer service event in the area providing nonprofit organizations in Vanderburgh, Spencer, and Warrick counties the hands-on help and resources needed to further their missions.
This fall, we invite the community to provide service opportunities (if you’re a nonprofit organization) or volunteer to complete the service opportunities. Visit our volunteer platform, Get Connected, to register events and choose your task.
Past activities include landscaping, painting, park restoration, organizing donations, and assisting local nonprofits with office work.
It takes all of us pulling in the same direction to make real, tangible change. So, thanks in advance to everyone who dedicates their time, talent, and treasure to addressing the challenges facing our friends and neighbors. Through this day of service, we move closer to the United Way’s mission of helping all people thrive!
