United Way of Southwestern Indiana unequivocally denounces racism and ethnic discrimination.

We recognize racism, ethnic discrimination, and oppression have contributed to persistent disparities  which United Way seeks to dismantle.

We understand these disparities existed in the past, persist into the present, and will continue if not addressed.
